Brief :
A day long think tank and expo designed to:
• share new web based developments, as embraced by the marketplace
• explore breakthrough service concepts for the hospitality industry.


Modeled on TEDx, the gathering should be rich in ideas, visuals and interactions.

Outcome:
Participants will preview and discuss emerging web based applications. Identify the impact
             on guest service expectations. Determine the implications for hoteliers’ skills and industry
             operations.

ALL Participants should feel ‘wowed’, intellectually stimulated and better prepared
for career progress.

The sessions are NOT intended to be product demos, nor tech talks – the products and services presented should support the mission to project service challenges for the web, mobile + app based customer environment.

• Panel of experts will evaluate submissions and select winner by April 1
