Have you ever been caught daydreaming while gazing out of a window when you should have been paying attention? I know I have. What most of you don’t realize however is the true potential of the glass that you are looking through.
I recently read about a company called Corning Incorporated. This company happens to be the world leader in specialty glass and ceramics. Corning creates key components that make high-technology systems possible for consumer electronics, telecommunications, life sciences, and even everyday living. This fascinating company has really set the bar when it comes to thin-film transistor liquid crystal display (TFT-LCD) glass and other advanced display products.
