Limerick-based Avvio crowned 5th in Deloitte's Fast 50.

Despite the current downturn, Avvio, Ireland's leading provider of on-line marketing, web design, CRM and web reservations software, continues to grow it's already considerable client-base both at home and internationally with the announcement this week of the company's 5th place ranking in Deloitte's prestigious Fast 50 Awards.

Based at the National Technology Park in UL, Limerick and with a staff of 40, Avvio currently provides online reservations software, together with online marketing and web-design, for over 700 group and independent hotels and serviced apartment providers world-wide: from 3-star commercial hotels through to 5-star boutique resorts and major hotel groups.

With ongoing support from Enterprise Ireland, 2009 client client acquisitions include a number of internationally renowned clients such as London-based boutique hotel group, MyHotels, Italy- based tourism portal, Varese.it, Dubai-based MiNC Apartments and Maldives- based tour operator, BookMaldives.com. Closer to home, Avvio supports over 360 hotels throughout Ireland including 80% of the 5-star market.
